You don’t understand Frank Herbert’s DUNE

I wasn’t going to make another DUNE video.

But “The shadow of JK Rowling” needs at least one complete re-write, so I had a gap in the production schedule.

And people kept telling me I didn’t understand DUNE because I’d stated it is NOT a warning against A.I.

I’ve also seen Frank Herbert cited in more and more news stories against A.I. Which is ironic, because the real purpose of Herbert’s famous “thou shalt not” is to illustrate the kind of superstition that would keep an entire galactic civilisation stuck in the dark ages.

So.

It’s not me who doesn’t understand DUNE…
